HeadlineShot is a stateless tool. We do not require an account, and we do not store the articles you process or the images you generate.

When you paste a URL, our server fetches that page once to read its public metadata (headline, publication, date, and preview image). Extracted metadata may be cached briefly in memory to speed up repeated requests, and is then discarded.

We keep short-lived operational logs (such as error codes and request durations) to keep the service working. We do not log article content, cookies, or full IP addresses longer than necessary, and we do not sell or share data with third parties.

Generated images are streamed directly to your browser and are not retained on our servers.
